Transportation

How to travel to Serbia and to Vrnjačka Banja? The main airport is the airport “Nikola Tesla” in Belgrade.

Alternative airports are airport "Morava", Ladjevci, Kraljevo and airport "Konstantin Veliki" in Niš.

Our advice is to change money to dinars at the airport so that you can pay for your bus tickets. At the exit from the airport there are mini buses going each 20 minutes to the Belgrade city center (marked “Arrivals”). The ticket costs about 3 EUR and may be paid to the driver.

The bus station is near the city centre (Follow the map). Get off the bus at station "Arrivals". You must purchase the ticket at the counters (at the building marked “Departures)”. Tickets cost about 10 EUR, and the trip to Vrnjačka Banja lasts about 3 hours.

Exchange rates are 117-120 RSD (Serbian dinar) for 1 EUR and 105-109 RSD for 1 US$. Official exchange rates can be seen here (only middle exchange rates are given). Exchange rates at banks and exchange offices can vary by 1-2 RSD.

In Vrnjačka Banja go to Gimnasium by taxi or by foot (approximately 1 km). Google Maps directions on how to get from Bus station to Gimnasium by car/taxi:
