Dr Tatijana Dlabač, Associate Professor, University of Montenegro, Faculty of Maritime Studies Kotor

Using Moodle Platform in Evaluating the Electrical Engineering Practices at the University

Tatijana Dlabač is currently an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Maritime Studies Kotor, University of Montenegro. She received the B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering at the University of Montenegro in 1992, 1996, and 2013 respectively. Scientific domain of dr Tatijana Dlabac is theoretic and applied electrotechnics, education, e-learning and evaluation of the practical work in engineering. She is a coauthor of the university textbook “Basics of electrotechnics“. She published about 80 scientific and professional papers in international journals and participated in national and international conferences. She was project team member of several international projects. One of the ongoing projects is the bilateral project “An approach to forming a model for evaluating a practical Internet based education” between Serbia and Montenegro with teams from the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Cacak and the Faculty of Maritime Studies Kotor.

Vladan Pantović, PhD, Chairman at IEEE Education Society Chapter Serbia and Montenegro

“The Role of International Standards in Education”

Vladan Pantović received his diploma degree (B.Sc.E.E. / Dipl. Ing, 5 years) in Electrical and Computer Engineering and magister degree (M.Sc.E.E. / Mr, 2 years) in Computer Engineering and Information Technology from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade, and his Ph.D. in Information Systems and Management from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade. He is experienced electrical & computer engineer, covering various complex business roles, from project management to the top executive, in banking, ICT, financial & public services, engineering, consulting, as well as in research and development projects. Pantović has earned different international professional certificates PMP, ISMS LA, CCM, CGEIT, CISM… He is PMI, ISACA & ABPMP Member, ACM and IEEE Senior Member, Chairman at IEEE Education Society Chapter Serbia and Montenegro, Academic Relations Director at ISACA Belgrade Chapter, Member of Institute for Standardization of Serbia, and Program Committee president at International Conference Infotech. Currently, he works as Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Information Technology and Engineering of the University Union – Nikola Tesla and Technical Academy - Belgrade Polytechnics, where he lectures in Information Technology and Project Management courses.

Dr Ljubica Kazi, Assistant Professor, , University of Novi Sad, Technical Faculty “Mihajlo Pupin” Zrenjanin

“Program Translators Higher Education and Application of PP Simulator Educational Tool”

Ljubica Kazi obtained B.Sc. in Computer Science Teaching, M.Sc. in Informatics, M. Eng. in IT Engineering and PhD in Technical Sciences - Information Technologies at Technical Faculty “Mihajlo Pupin” Zrenjanin, University of Novi Sad in 1998, 2005, 2009 and 2016 respectively. She became an employee of the same faculty in 1998 and promoted to assistant professor in 2016. Scientific and teaching domain of dr Ljubica Kazi is related to information systems and software engineering, with special focus on model-based software development, distributed systems, software architecture and design, software quality metrics, adaptive and adaptable software systems, software linguistics, data and software semantics, as well as software project management. She is a co-author of 10 university textbooks and handbooks, and published 147 scientific and professional papers. She was main organizer of many professional events at national level and chairman of “International conference on Applied Internet and Information Technologies AIIT”. She was team member and project coordinator at many professional and scientific projects (international and national). Ljubica Kazi is a member of Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) and reviewer of international journals.
