As a part of the Erasmus+ staff mobility program, Dr. Oana Irizoiu, a professor of Physics at the Polytechnic University of Timișoara, Romania, visited the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Čačak. Professor Irizoiu’s research areas include photovoltaic panels and energy conversion, and her mobility involved visits to laboratories and meetings with professors from the Department of Physics and Materials at the Faculty of Technical Sciences to discuss joint scientific and research activities.

 

 

The aim of the visit was also to strengthen the international cooperation that has been successfully developing for many years between the Polytechnic University of Timișoara and the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Čačak. As a part of this collaboration, plans have been made to increase the number of mobilities for both students and staff, which will further enhance the academic and research capacities of both institutions and foster joint projects of international significance.
