Nebojša Stanković was born on August 8, 1966 in Gnjilane. He completed his primary and secondary education in Čačak, earning the title of programmer. He graduated on October 30, 1991 from the Faculty of Technology in Čačak, Department of Electrical Engineering, Industrial Energy.

His diploma thesis, entitled "Software system for designing DC converters," earned him the title of graduate electrical engineer. He completed his master's studies at the same faculty, where on September 29, 2009, he defended his master's thesis entitled "Contribution to the simulation of computer architectures," and earned the title of Master of Technical Sciences.

He completed his doctoral studies on December 27, 2021, successfully defending his doctoral dissertation on the topic "Learning Factors and Prediction of Success in Programming Using Artificial Neural Networks."
